I’m thirsty for a fresh new perspective on leadership. I’m in search of a company culture where people work as hard as they play, connect & share their experiences and trust each other to do the right thing.
Inclusion, diversity and representation in the workplace is extremely important to me, but it’s not just about gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, background, disability, culture, age, and mental health — it’s about you, me, all of us. We are all human, unique, and we all just want a chance to feel valued and respected for who we are and for our differences to be embraced as strengths.
Inclusion promotes belonging, purpose and wellbeing. Diversity ignites creativity, problem solving and innovation. It’s about the type of world we want to live in and the choices we make everyday. It’s the vision of a better world for future generations. And all it takes is one. One person to care. One commitment to act. We get to be the one.
I’m ready to be challenged and supported outside of my comfort zone and into my growth zone — I’m on the hunt to find the right place for my next adventure.
